Our property management division grew organically out of the needs to service and maintain our Habitat construction projects.  Through our custom tailored service solutions, we aim to relieve common homeownership burdens and enable you to spend more time taking care of what’s important in your life. Our services are available to not only our building clients, but anyone who may need assistance in mitigating the stress of being a Hamptons homeowner. Beyond year-round general maintenance and service our concierge services are available to provide many boutique style services. 

We are your one source for quality, value and exceptional service, but we’re not a “one size fits all” company. We create custom tailored property management packages, unique to each client and their home. Whether you're looking for all-inclusive year round property management, strictly owner specified requests or something in-between.

  • Weekly interior & Exterior inspections of your home and property. Detailed reporting provided after every inspection, customized to each individual property.

  • We’ve got you covered in an emergency. 24/7 Emergency & Alarm Response, inclement weather & storm checks, and water, fire, and storm remediation are just some of the services we provide.

  • Fall closing & spring openings along with year-round maintenance to ensure your property is ready for the upcoming season or spur of the moment arrival.

  • We have developed an extensive network of professional service providers, each trained to address all services and long term maintenance requirements. Scheduling management and supervision of all services are provided through our experienced team of property managers.
